Frontline Worker Support

Frontline Builders launched in April 2020 with a commitment to uplift and show gratitude to the unsung heroes on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, we remain dedicated to supporting frontline workers through in-kind donations. We hope to shine a light on their vital contributions and the challenges they face in American society.

Frontline Worker Appreciation Month

In May 2025, Frontline Builders launched the inaugural Frontline Worker Appreciation Month with 300+ cities across America to issue proclamations and organize donation events.

Every day, frontline workers show up for us. Whether it's wildfires, floods, pandemics, a cold, a cat in a tree, or reading comprehension - frontline workers are there. Even as resources become more limited and challenges multiply, they continue to serve. That’s why we’re making it loud and clear: We see you. We appreciate you. We’ve got your back.

Disaster Relief:

Frontline Builders supports individuals impacted by disaster through on-the-ground response agencies. Frontline Builders has helped drive millions of donations to support relief efforts to various partners and organizations on the ground.

  • Texas Floods 2025: 150,000+ donations accelerated to serve frontline workers and families impacted by the floods. Frontline brought together 13 donors to support two partners on the ground. 

  • California Wildfires 2025: 530,000+ donations provided by 40 donors to help with relief efforts for the families and frontline workers affected.

  • Hurricanes Helene and Milton 2024: 125,000+ products delivered for recovery efforts in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida in response to the two devastating hurricanes.

Ukraine Relief

When the war in Ukraine began, Frontline Builders realized it could help address the critical need for food and personal care items in and at the borders of Ukraine.

With this campaign, Frontline launched its first initiative abroad for those facing humanitarian crisis. We’ve delivered over 750,000 products to help the people of Ukraine, working with Beast Philanthropy, Harry's Inc., Saffron Road, Glossier, Marvis, and KIND Snacks.

Supporting Democracy

Poll workers and ballot counters are citizens on the frontlines of democracy.

  • In 2025, we worked with Every Vote Counts to support National Voter Registration Day on September 16th, providing snacks and drinks to college campuses hosting voter registration events.

  • In 2024 and 2022, we worked with partners to encourage voter registration and voter turnout by providing in-kind donations to polling sites.

  • In the 2020 election cycle, Frontline Builders supported poll workers by providing in-kind donations.
